About this policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information DialCrew handles, why we handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the marketing site at dialcrew.sbs and the buyer panel you sign in to.

What we collect
We collect what we need to run your campaigns and keep your account secure:
- Account details — the email address and display name on your account, and your password in hashed form. We do not ask for identity documents.
- Contacts and lists you upload — the fields in your list, such as name, phone number, email address, company, city or state, tags and source.
- Campaign setup — the agents and scripts you configure, the lists you attach, and the calling windows and daily caps you set.
- Call records — the time, duration, direction and outcome of each call, which agent placed it, and which number was presented.
- Recordings and transcripts — when the call and your setup produce them.
- Usage and allowance — how much of your prepaid minutes and agent credits you have used. Test calls are counted separately.
- Numbers, SMS and SIP configuration — the numbers on your account and the access settings you request.
- Support messages — the requests and messages you send us from the panel.
- Technical data — for example IP address, device and browser type, timestamps and security logs generated when you use the site.
How we use it
We use this information to place and route the calls you launch, to show you call history, recordings and transcripts where available, to track your allowance, to keep your account and the platform secure and free of abuse, to respond to your support requests, and to understand at a basic level how the product is used so we can improve it. We do not use your contacts or call data to market to your recipients ourselves.
AI processing
Calls run through AI voice generation and model processing, so the person you call is speaking with an AI agent. Where a transcript or summary is produced, the speech on the call is converted to text so it can be shown to you and stored with the call record. Your agent instructions and your contacts’ details are processed to place and conduct the call.
Your data belongs to your account
Your contacts, lists, numbers, recordings and call records belong to your account and are used only to run the campaigns you launch. If a person you called asks not to be contacted again, honour the request and flag them as do-not-call; when a contact is flagged do-not-call, the platform will not place an outbound call to them.
Your choices and controls
- Flag or unflag an individual contact as do-not-call, and delete contacts from a list.
- Stop a campaign and review or delete the lists you have uploaded.
- Ask us to delete your account data. Sign in to your buyer panel and open Support or Requests to send us the request; sending a request does not charge you.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to run the service for you and to meet our own obligations. When you ask us to delete account data, we remove it — except for the limited records we are required to keep, or that we need to resolve a dispute or prevent abuse.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and panels are private by default — only you sign in to your account. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us through Support if you suspect anything is wrong with your account. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Not for children
DialCrew is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your US privacy rights
If you are in the United States and a state privacy law applies to you, you can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will respond as that law requires. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, sign in to your buyer panel and open Support or Requests.
Where your information is processed
To run the service, your information may be processed on servers located outside your state or country by the infrastructure providers described above. Where we do this, we expect them to protect the information to the same standard we apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page.
Questions
Privacy questions are handled inside the product. Sign in to your buyer panel and open Support to see the team’s current contact channels, or send a request — sending a request does not charge you and does not change your plan.
Back to the plan — the one-time unlock and what it includes are set out on the homepage.
