Terms of Service.
The deal, in plain words.

What DialCrew is, what the one-time unlock includes, and the calling rules you take on when you run a campaign.

Plain language, not legal advice. This page describes how DialCrew works and what we expect from you. It is written for a US business audience and is not a substitute for your own legal advice.

01

About these terms

DialCrew is an outbound VoIP and AI calling platform for marketing teams. You build voice agents, organize contact lists, run calling campaigns from a buyer panel, and review what happened afterwards. Calls are placed either by an AI agent or by you in the browser softphone. It is not primarily a receptionist product.

These terms describe, in plain language, what you get and what we expect from you when you use DialCrew. This page is a plain-language description of the service and is not legal advice. It is written for a US business audience; if you are unsure how a law applies to your own campaign, speak to your own qualified adviser. Where a rule below matters to you, it is your responsibility to understand it and to comply with it.

By creating an account, requesting the plan unlock, or placing calls through DialCrew, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

Who can use DialCrew

DialCrew is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and using it for a lawful business purpose, and you must have the authority to accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you give us and for keeping your login credentials private. Activity under your account is treated as your activity.

03

Your account and the plan

No KYC. You can create an account and start testing without identity documents. We do not ask for passports, company registration papers, utility bills, proof of address or bank details to open an account.

The unlock. Full panel access is a $3,000 one-time platform unlock. It is not a recurring subscription and it renews automatically for nothing. It includes 4,000 calling minutes, 10,000 agent credits (each agent call uses 1 credit), and capacity for up to 20 eligible local or other supported non-toll-free DIDs. Toll-free numbers are not included. Nothing expires by date: the allowance runs until the minutes or the credits are used up, and calling stops when either meter is empty. Your call history stays readable afterwards.

Payment is arranged, not checked out. There is no self-service checkout. You open Requests in the buyer panel and choose the plan unlock or a top-up; the admin team reviews it and confirms the exact asset and network with you before you send anything. Payment is crypto only — no bank transfer and no card payment. Submitting a request is not a payment, and an approval is not the same as completed fulfillment. Any payment terms, including what is payable and when, are confirmed with you by the admin team before fulfillment — ask before you pay if anything is unclear.

Numbers, SMS and SIP. Numbers are requested and provisioned by our team and confirmed separately, subject to availability and applicable requirements. Capacity is not 20 instant free numbers. Inbound SMS and SIP access depend on availability and account setup. After unlock you may choose a caller ID from the numbers your account can actually present; a number we do not hold is replaced by the network before it reaches the person you call, so we do not offer it as a caller ID.

04

Calling rules you must follow

You are responsible for permission to contact your recipients and for the rules that apply to your campaign. DialCrew gives you the tools — contact lists, do-not-call flags, campaign calling windows, daily caps and a pre-launch review — but using the platform does not make your campaign lawful. The following applies to every campaign you run:

  • Do-not-call lists. Do not call numbers registered on the National Do-Not-Call Registry, or on an applicable state do-not-call list, unless you have the consent or an exemption the law requires for that call.
  • Honour opt-outs immediately. If a person asks you not to call again, stop. Flag them as do-not-call in the panel. When a contact is flagged do-not-call, the platform will not place an outbound call to them, and AI agents are configured to record a request not to be contacted.
  • Calling windows. Configure each campaign’s calling hours and timezone, and do not place calls outside the hours permitted in the recipient’s local time — commonly 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Daily caps. Set and respect a daily call cap, and do not attempt to route around a cap you have set.
  • AI disclosure. Calls run through AI voice generation and model processing, so the person you call is speaking with an AI agent. Do not present the agent as a human being, and give any disclosure that the law or the situation requires. You are responsible for the opening line and the instructions you write for your agent.
  • Recording and transcripts. Recordings and transcripts are available when the call and your setup produce them. If you record calls, you must give any notice and obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires, and you must not record where recording is prohibited.
  • Artificial or prerecorded voice. Do not place calls that use an artificial or prerecorded voice without the consent and disclosures the law requires.
  • Never call. Emergency lines, or anyone you have been told not to contact. Do not spoof a caller ID you are not entitled to present. Do not use DialCrew for deceptive, harassing, threatening or unlawful content, for illegal goods or services, or in breach of the rules that apply to a regulated industry’s calls (for example healthcare, financial or debt-collection rules) where those rules reach your campaign.

A free test does not bypass calling restrictions. Test only with your own number or with a person who has agreed to the test.

05

What you may not do with the service

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the platform or another account; do not resell or sub-provide access without a written agreement with us; do not remove or work around the controls described above; do not upload contacts you have no right to hold or use; and do not use the service for anything unlawful.

06

Your data and ours

Your contacts, lists, numbers, recordings and call records belong to your account and are used only to run the campaigns you launch. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers or data brokers. You must have the right to hold and use the contact data you upload. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Everything else in the platform — the software, the agent builder, the panel and the brand — remains ours.

07

Availability, changes and support

We work to keep DialCrew running, but the service is provided on a best-effort basis and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on third parties — number availability, inbound SMS and SIP support in particular — depend on availability and setup and can change. We may add, change or retire features, and we may carry out maintenance. Support is handled inside the product: sign in and open Support or Requests in your buyer panel.

08

Suspension and termination

We may pause outbound calling or suspend an account that breaches these terms, breaks the law, or puts the platform, other customers or recipients at risk. You may stop using DialCrew at any time. Where we have to keep records to meet a legal obligation, we will keep only what is required.

09

Disclaimers and limits

DialCrew is provided as-is, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee any particular calling outcome, connect rate, sale, booking or result. We are not responsible for the content of the scripts and instructions you write, for the contacts you upload, or for your compliance with the calling rules above. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan unlock. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be excluded by law.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes or the law develops. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use DialCrew after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11

Questions

Questions about these terms are handled inside the product. Sign in to your buyer panel and open Support to see the team’s current contact channels, or send a request — sending a request does not charge you and does not change your plan.

Back to the plan — the one-time unlock and what it includes are set out on the homepage.
